Where do you ship?
We currently ship throughout the United States. Shipping is free on all orders — no minimum required.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. After that, transit takes 4–9 business days, so you can expect your order within 6–12 business days in total. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
How much is shipping?
Nothing — shipping is free on every order.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Your item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Just email us at info@vaelawear.com to get started. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
When will I get my refund?
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you right away. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Can I exchange my item for a different size or style?
The fastest way is to return the item you have and place a new order for the one you want once your return is accepted.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are SSL-encrypted — we never see or store your full card number.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also track your order anytime via Track Your Order in the main menu — simply enter your order number and email address. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
